cystic acne and accutane

I've suffered from
Cystic Acne on my back for about 4 years now. I could cope with it for the first few years but I eventually went on antibiotics for a year. This did stop my acne until about January this year where it erupted and I'm still dealing with the scars. etc etc. I've tried vitamin b5 and Dan's stuff this year but both have been useless.

I don't think cystic acne accutane is available in Japan. The internet is totally useless at helping me find any information... I even tried in Japanese. I heard that it is only used to treat leukaemia patients!

I'm staying here another year and I'm really at the end of my patience with acne.

I know it's a long shot but does anyone know if it's available in Japan.

Obviously buying off the internet screams NO NO NO NO because of dodgy tablets and required liver tests. Am I totally fucked for another year? Woe is me. Thanks if you can help.
