I don't know of any Cystic Acne medications for sure... go to your pharmacy and look at face products. I know I've seen some clearly labled ACNE in English (not sure of the brands). It'll also help a lot to keep the moisture off your face. Carry around a good face towel and I also really like Biore's powder sheets.

I've suffered from
Cystic Acne on my back for about 4 years now. I could cope with it for the first few years but I eventually went on antibiotics for a year. This did stop my acne until about January this year where it erupted and I'm still dealing with the scars. etc etc. I've tried vitamin b5 and Dan's stuff this year but both have been useless.
